Vector

   Vector is that which binds together and guides the i.i.t.f.

   Vector is the most enigmatic member of the i.i.t.f. Little is known of the nature of his hold over it, other than that he seems to rule by shaming his minions into doing his bidding. For some inexplicable reason, the i.i.t.f. follows his lead. It is suspected that he is a charismatic type with little ability to do any real damage himself. As one covert operator said of him: "The drug that gives this clown power means his circus can never be stopped, and his dream can go on unhindered until the last human being has dropped."
